Rich Crawford is a writer of numerous publications in literary journals from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and studied creative writing in Chicago for years. Prior to that, he was in community theater studying acting and improvisation. He considers himself a performer within the written word.
Much of his work is humorous, but there are more serious, reflective pieces as well. It’s important to note that although he writes narratives that may or may not be complete, he identifies on the abstract side of life mostly as a prose poet. He also experiments with charcoal on canvas in an abstract-expressionist style.

On Artificial Intelligence (AI) animation and images: “My stance on AI is it’s a limited tool that should be used to enhance a writer’s voice the same way a film enhances an author’s story through the senses, but should not compromise the writer’s voice, or imagination.”—Rich Crawford
